STàRE (essere o render fermo) è una serie di operazioni aperta e più ampia che utilizza oggetti scelti per il loro valore simbolico per introdurre, attraverso interventi che li modifichino in modo tangibile, una tematica comune.
Il lavoro si concretizza in una ipertrofia dell’assestamento, in oggetti a cui vengono aumentate le qualità fisiche legate alla stabilità fino a comprometterne le più elementari funzioni per le quali sono destinati.
ACCOMODARE
La scelta della poltrona è dovuta al fatto che essa acquista nella storia e nei vissuti valori simbolici che esulano dalla semplice e comoda seduta e, spesso, descrive le persone che ne fanno uso.
L’aumento della stabilità ne compromette la comodità e la possibilità di inserirsi come componente di un arredo funzionale
Accomodamento può essere gesto dell’ozio, del riposo per una fatica conclusa o acritica presa di posizione o ancora lassismo. Può essere altrimenti, nello sviluppo cognitivo, la modifica di strutture conoscitive e degli schemi comportamentali per accogliere il nuovo. Quindi accomodare in se e non accomodarsi.
STàRe (to be or to be still) is an open and wider series of operation using objects selected for their symbolic values to introduce, through interventions that alter them in tangible way, a common theme.
The work takes form of a hypertrophy of settlement, in objects that are increased the physical qualities relating to the stability up to point to compromise the elementary functions for which they are intended.
TO ACCOMMODATE
The choice of the chair is owed to the fact that acquires in the history and in our life, symbolic values that go beyond the simple and a comfortable seat, and often describes the people who use them. The increased stability compromises the comfort and the possibility of insert them as a component of a functional home furnishing.
"Accommodate" can be a gesture of idleness, rest for a finished fatigue or uncritical stance, or also laxity. Can it be otherwise, in cognitive development, the transformation of knowledge structures and behavioral patterns to accommodate new. So accommodate in it self and not accommodate in oneself.
